Learn moreI've used Claude Code since it came out and had a decent handle on it by managing four or five terminals at once. Scotty showed me new workflows and tools that make it easy to orchestrate agent teams that run on loops with all context synced so now they autonomously open PRs in for review. The leverage is insane.
I had been putting this off because I didn't know where to start to learn. Scotty and Austin went at the pace of the room and answered everything, and I left with two agents running that I use every day now to find/enrich leads and create outreach drafts. Worth it!
I edit videos for a living and I had no clue that I could hook up Claude to After Effects and write animation scripts for me. Total game changer and has improved my workflow and the amount of time I spend on tedious tasks. The workshop was condensed and focused on just the important stuff that mattered to me.
In two hours you guys leveled me up more than hundreds of hours of trying to learn this on my own. I am already saving 10 hours a week and my newsletter has been growing faster than ever.

Meet your instructors

Scotty has spent the last 10 years in tech working in data analysis, development, and large language model fine tuning. He architects backend systems, automation pipelines, and AI infrastructure, turning strategic roadmaps into production-grade solutions that run reliably at scale.

Austin has spent his career in information intelligence and B2B enterprise SaaS sales at executive level, on a systems analysis foundation. As solutions architect he scopes every engagement and decides what it actually is, turning business requirements into architecture that holds up in production.
Run any of our workshops as a private cohort for your team, tailored to your stack, your accounts, and your numbers. Remote or on-site.
Ask about team trainingStill stuck on something? Email hello@aiatwork.com and one of us answers it — actually one of us. There are only two.
Live, and you build during them. Three hours, one cohort a week, fifteen seats, and both of us in the room for the whole session — you are building your own automation while we watch your screen, not watching us build ours. You get the recording of your own cohort and the full chat transcript afterwards, so nothing is lost if you want to run a block again.
Live and online, yes — but not a slideshow with a chat box under it. Fifteen is a cap rather than a marketing device: it is the number at which two instructors can still get to everyone's screen inside a build block, and sixteen is where somebody sits with a broken automation for twenty minutes. Most of the time is you working on your own machine while we unstick you. We confirm your cohort and the joining details with you directly once you have a seat.
No. Nothing in the three hours asks you to write code, open a terminal or know what a repository is — if you can install an app and describe your own job out loud, you can do all seven blocks. People who already orchestrate agents come too, and the block they tend not to have seen is the one on skill files.
Something out of your own week, not ours. In the second block you name three candidates from your real calendar and we rank them; you then build the top one, wrap it in a skill file, put a cron trigger under it and point it at your own data. You leave with that thing running, not with a copy of somebody else's demo.
Yes — buy a seat each and we put you in the same cohort, which is usually the better version anyway because everybody comes out with the same setup. If you want the session run privately on your own workflows instead, that is a different engagement and we scope it on a call rather than off a page. Start by asking about team training.
